- Drives the development, improvement, and implementation of sales processes, policies and operating procedures in support of the wholesale channel
- Management of the Co-Manufacturers, management of the Customer Service Team, management of the 3PL provider that includes fulfillment, co-packing and transportation
- Facilitate workflow pertaining to the set up process and information gathering for all new customers including EDI testing and validation, ERP integration, financial flow and forecasting
- Own the on-going SMOP process along with coordination of production planning
- Evaluating trade spending effectiveness through post promotion analysis and reporting
- Key team member on new product/packaging/format development team to represent customer requirements, sales budgets, quotas and plans and interfaces regularly with technical, financial and operations staff on potential new system development
- Publishing GTIN information for DataSync/UCCNet to required Customers
